What do you need to know for your first class in our Hot Room?.

It is very important that you do not eat large meals 1-2 hours prior the exercise. Avoid any excessive consumption of exciting drinks which may reduce your heat adaptation. Use comfortable clothing. Men should wear shorts or trunks, bare-chested or with a light and comfortable t-shirt. Women should wear shorts and top or swimsuit. Don’t forget that you are going to sweat...a lot!, so make sure that you moisturize well. We recommend hydration during the day and especially well an hour before coming in the room.The trainer may also advise to drink during the class. Don’t worry if you forget your bottle, you can buy one at our Centre.

We will provide you with everything you need for your first class: mat, towel and above all, loads of energy!.
